What does a birthday or baby shower photographer do?
A birthday or baby shower photographer records your party from start to finish: the décor before guests arrive, the people, the games, the cake and the family photos. Koro Films photographs and films birthday parties, baby showers and gender reveals in Bangkok and across Thailand. A 3-hour package costs 8,000 THB for photos, 12,000 THB for a video or 20,000 THB for both.
You enjoy the party. We work quietly around your guests, catch the candid moments and take the group photos you ask for. Add a photo booth and every guest takes home a print, a fridge magnet or a 360 video. In Thai, a birthday party photographer is a ช่างภาพงานวันเกิด.

How do I book a birthday photographer or photo booth?
Four steps. Most of it happens on WhatsApp or LINE.

Date, venue, number of guests and what you need: a photographer, a videographer, a booth or a mix.

We check the date and send a quote with the team, hours and any travel.

Hold the date
Confirm the quote and pay the deposit to hold your date. For photo booths, the deposit is 50%.

Enjoy the party
We arrive before your guests to set up. You get your photos and video online after the party.
Booking a photo booth? Please plan for:
- A spot near a power outlet, with space for guests to queue.
- About 2 x 2 m for the Newspaper and Top View booths, and about 3 x 3 m for the 360 Video Booth and the Projector Photo Booth.
- Ceiling height for the Top View and 360 Overhead booths. The overhead frame is 2.65 m high.
- Setup time before guests arrive: about 1 hour for most booths, 1–1.5 hours for the projector booth.
- The name, date and colours for your print frame, so we can design it before the party.

How much does a birthday photographer cost in Bangkok?
Our 3-hour packages cost 8,000 THB for a photographer, 12,000 THB for a videographer and 20,000 THB for both. Longer coverage and parties outside Bangkok are quoted on request.
How much does it cost to rent a photo booth for a birthday party?
From 15,000 THB for 3 hours for the Photo Booth, Studio, Black & White, Hashtag Print and Projector booths. The Magnet Photo Booth starts at 23,000 THB, the 360 Video Booth at 25,000 THB and the Newspaper Photo Booth at 28,000 THB. There is no travel fee in Bangkok and nearby.
How many photos do we get?
The photographer package includes 200 edited photos with colour correction, delivered online.
What is included in the birthday video?
One highlight video of your party with 2 rounds of revisions, delivered online.
Can we book a photographer and a photo booth together?
Yes. The photographer covers the party and the family photos, and the booth gives guests a keepsake to take home. Send us one message and we quote both together.
Do you photograph baby showers and gender reveals?
Yes. We photographed and filmed Deepak and Joy’s gender reveal at B-Story Garden Café & Restaurants in Bangkok, and Nikki’s baby shower in Bangkok. You can watch the gender reveal film on this page.
Do you cover kids’ parties and first birthdays?
Yes. Recent kids’ parties include Alina Rose’s 4th birthday at Hotel Lotus Sukhumvit 33 and Sara and Saku’s birthday at BOUNCE Thailand in The EmQuartier. We have also covered first birthdays for Viaan, Idris and Eman.
Is there a limit on photo booth prints?
Most print booths include unlimited prints during the hours you book, including the Photo Booth, Studio, Black & White, Instant Photo Printing, Hashtag Print, Green Screen and Magnet booths. Guests take turns, so the number of prints depends on your hours and your guests.
Can you put the birthday name or party theme on the prints?
Yes. We design the print frame for free with the name, date and colours of your party, for example on the Photo Booth, Studio, Magnet, Instant Photo Printing, Hashtag Print and Green Screen booths. On the Newspaper Photo Booth, we print your own headline.
How much space does a photo booth need?
The Newspaper and Top View booths need about 2 x 2 m. The 360 Video Booth and the Projector Photo Booth need about 3 x 3 m. The 360 Overhead Booth frame is 3.40 x 2.90 m and 2.65 m high. Every booth needs a spot near a power outlet.
Do you cover parties outside Bangkok?
Yes. We filmed Benny’s 40th birthday at Wizard Brewery in Pattaya. For booths, travel is charged per booth per day: for example +5,000 THB for Pattaya or Hua Hin and +10,000 THB for Phuket. For photographers and videographers, we add travel to your quote.
How do we receive our photos and video?
Photos and the highlight video are delivered online. Most booths also give guests digital files by QR code, AirDrop or an online gallery.
Can you live stream the party for family abroad?
Yes. Our live streaming team can stream your party on Facebook Live or YouTube Live, from 12,000 THB for 4 hours with 1 camera.
How do I book?
Send your date, venue, number of guests and what you need on WhatsApp, LINE or the contact form. We check the date and send a quote. A deposit holds your date (50% for photo booths).
