For instant photo prints at weddings and photo booths, rent the DNP DS620: it prints a 4×6-inch photo in about 8 seconds. For big 8×10 to 8×12-inch keepsakes, choose the DNP DS820 or Citizen CX-02W. Printer-only rental starts at 3,000 THB per day for the DNP QW410, and 5,000 THB per day for the DNP DS620 or DS820. With 17 printers in stock, we can run several print stations at once or bring a backup printer, so your event never misses a print.

Staff rates
Hours are counted from the actual start and end time in your quotation. The staff fee is added on top of the printer and paper cost. Other models or several print stations are quoted separately.

Printer-only rental is 3,000 THB per day for the compact DNP QW410, and 5,000 THB per day for the DNP DS620 or DNP DS820. Other models and multi-day rentals are quoted per event. Paper, ink, staff and travel depend on what you choose.

The DNP DS620 is the most popular choice. It prints a 4×6-inch photo in about 8 seconds and also makes 2×6-inch photo strips. For outdoor or roaming events, the portable DNP QW410 is a great option.
Printer-only rental (dry hire) is best if you already have a team and a print setup: paper, ink and connection are agreed separately. With on-site staff, our team looks after the printer, receives the photo files and manages the print queue, as listed in your quotation.
No. The rental price does not include print media. For example, 300 prints of 4×6 inches on the DNP QW410 cost 3,000 THB, and 400 prints of 4×6 inches on the DNP DS620 cost 4,000 THB. DNP and Citizen printers use paper kits with the ribbon included; HP and Epson use toner or ink for each model. Media must match the printer, so tell us your print size and quantity and we will prepare the right kit.
Yes. The DNP DS820 and Citizen CX-02W print large 8×10-inch, 8×12-inch and A4 photos for VIP keepsakes, portrait stations and award ceremonies. Send us the exact size, paper type and a sample file so we can confirm the right printer.
Yes. We can set up a system that receives files from your photo team or your own devices. Tell us which devices and operating system you use and how you want to send the files, so we can test the connection and confirm any software or accessories in advance.
Yes. We design custom photo frames for events. Send us your logo, colour theme, text and photo size, and we will confirm the frame design before your event day.
It depends on how many photos you need, the print size, how many guests arrive at the same time and how quickly they should get their photos. We plan the print stations and number of printers with you after checking availability.
A stable table, a safe power outlet, good airflow and a clear walkway for guests to collect their photos. Tell us the setup time and any venue rules in advance, and if files are sent online, check the internet connection too.
Yes. We deliver across Thailand and offer multi-day rentals. Send us the province, venue, pick-up and return dates and the number of days, and we will check availability and quote the delivery, setup and rental terms.
No. Printer-only rental does not include a photographer. If you want us to take and print the photos for you, choose our instant photo printing service, or ask us to put together a combined package.
