Which machine does Koro Films use?
We use the QDROP 2in1, which combines a Video Guestbook and Receipt Booth in one machine with a screen and telephone handset.
Does it record video, or only audio?
The Video Guestbook records video messages, so you can keep the faces and voices behind the wishes.
Can guests download their messages?
The QDROP system supports downloading guestbook videos to a phone. We will agree the internet connection, guest access and delivery arrangements for your event.
Can it print photos as well?
Yes, the machine has a Receipt Booth mode for photo prints and digital copies. Confirm that mode, the print format and the number of prints in your rental quote.
Can the frames match our event?
The system supports event-specific frames. Share your names, logo, colours and theme so we can discuss the design.
Are AI portraits and short video clips included?
The supplier lists additional AI and Video Booth modes. Ask us to confirm the available modes and any extra cost for your event; they are not automatically included in the guestbook quote.
How much does rental cost?
Please send your event date, venue, operating hours and guest count. We will confirm availability and prepare a rental quote.
Do we receive individual messages or an edited film?
Agree the file delivery, editing and turnaround time with our team before booking. These depend on your selected service.
